About 54% of Memphis housing is renter-occupied.  Those numbers increase to almost 70% when you focus in on the heart of Memphis – the neighborhoods inside the I-240 belt.  Any effort to transform the community, and make it a better place to live and invest HAS to start with housing – and because most of the housing is tenant-occupied, property managers are going to have to be the ones on the front lines, getting the work done. 

The problem we discovered when we started investing in Memphis back in 2019 was this: most property managers lacked the experience, the follow-through, and the commitment to this community to create real change.  That’s why we started GCPM.  We refused to sit on the sidelines and complain about the lack of honest, organized, well-put-together property management options in Memphis – instead, we decided to start our own.  And we approach every property as though it belonged to us. 

We genuinely believe that if we keep doing this – we WILL have an impact in this city.  Our aim is to inspire owners to invest better, tenants to live better, and other landlords to manage better.  Join us and be part of the movement!
